We want your shopping experience with us to always be a pleasure, but in case something doesn’t work out we want to help! 

Return  Policy:

**No Refunds, No Exchange, Store Credit Only!!**

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Request submitted after 14 business days will be denied, no exceptions! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (including any hang tags) and in its original plastic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning your item(s) please contact us at support@yourstyleplug.com for the exact shipping location and instructions. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated requirements. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a YSP E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once received. Please keep your return tracking info, as we are not liable for items that may be lost and/or stolen in transit.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect all items before shipping, therefore damaged merchandise is unlikely.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items, jewelry, bodysuits and/or bodysuit sets, swimwear, masks and any sets including a mask and all accessories.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy. You have the option to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color.
